Dana has 20 years experience in leading high-performing accounting and reporting teams in a global environment, dedicated to private equity & infrastructure asset classes. Before founding Cleverkin, Dana worked in Zurich as a Director for EMEA Private Equity Operations at BlackRock and in a same role for Swiss Re before. During her career she built highly-productive teams and risk-free environment awarded internally by highest internal audit ratings, externally by always unqualified audit opinions but most importantly by collecting positive feedbacks from satisfied clients.
Dana represents the backbone of the company operations and is managing the team on site.
Yessin Shiegg
Co-founder, Advisor & Public Relations

Yessin has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry where he held mainly CFO positions in asset management firms focusing on private equity, private debt and infrastructure investments. During his career, he also worked for BlackRock, Swiss Re, and PwC. Since 6 years, Yessin is also involved in the blockchain industry. He served as an Advisor of the Ethereum Foundation as well as several other blockchain startups. For the last 4 years Yessin served as the CFO of the NEAR Foundation where he was responsible for the financial, regulatory, and legal subject matters.
Yessin is a Swiss CPA, a CFA Charterholder, and has achieved the CAIA designation.
